Our cooking event was funded by the Canary Wharf Group. The project was graciously supported by Smokestak restaurant in Shoreditch and its owner, David. It was a fantastic project primarily for our senior community members, who were introduced to different dishes from around the world, complete with recipes and ingredients. And most importantly, it was healthy.
